3. Third-party content
- YouTube videos: you first see a placeholder. The video loads, from youtube-nocookie.com, only if you click the placeholder; from then on YouTube may use cookies and similar technologies under its own policy.
- Audio episodes: the file is downloaded from the service hosting the podcast (Riverside or Spotify for Creators) only when you press play. The website sets no cookies for listening; the service receives your IP address in order to send you the file.
- Buttons to Amazon, Eventbrite, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts are plain links: none of these services sets cookies until you visit their websites.
4. How to manage your choice
On your first visit, the banner asks whether you accept or reject statistics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
