3. Who processes data on our behalf
Data is processed by authorized people at Poliedricamente Edizioni APS and by the following providers, appointed as data processors:
- Hostinger: website hosting, with servers in Germany.
- Google: email (Google Workspace) and visit statistics (Google Analytics 4).
- MailerLite: newsletter management.

When you press play on an episode or load a video, the content comes directly from external services that process your data as independent controllers, under their own policies: Riverside and Spotify for Creators for podcast audio, YouTube for videos.
Buttons to Amazon, Eventbrite, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts lead to external websites: any data you enter there is processed by those services as independent controllers, under their own policies.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers may process data in the United States. In those cases, transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision of July 10, 2023 (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
